Entity or energy clearing is sometimes needed for removing unwanted attachments and negative spirits that have become bound to your energetic field. This can happen in several ways, some including:

·        others “cursing” you

·        the use of alcohol, drugs, and even plant medicine

·        being in proximity or intimate with someone who is afflicted

·        entering spaces that are populated by negative energies

·        through negative thoughts, emotions, or trauma

Sometimes these energies come to us without our knowledge and other times they are a reminder that we must take responsibility for what and who we attract and why. These entities also remind us that we need to strengthen our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies. People with poor boundaries often have attachments.
